Security calls after sam and avni turns around to see what has happened but doesn't see sam...Sam runs.. Prithvi catches a glimse of sam and runs after him, damini turns around but doesn't see prithvi..gaurds run after sam and avni catches a glimpse of sam from the back.. damini asks avni what happened and avni says that a reporter had come inside...damini gets upset at the security and their lack of hard work. Prithvi and Sam get away. Damini asks the gaurds who were the guys who ran away but gaurds stand dumbfounded, and the stable keeper blabbers that he doesn't know anything as he was handling toofan with the boy that damini had sent. Damini gets confused and angered hearing this as she did not send anyone. Damini gets angry and starts yelling at them, Avni calmns her down and takes her away. The stable boy looks confused.
OUTSIDE GUJRAL HOME
sam and Prithvi are out of breath and Prithvi is getting angry as to why Sam had ocme in and he says he didn't want to leave Prithvi alone inside. Prithvi keeps going on how he couldve gotten the info from the trainer but sam had to ruin everything, sam starts on saying how the staff ladki had done something but hten relents to holding his ears and saying sorry. Prithvi and sam go to the police office.
POLICE OFFICE
Sam and Prithvi put out a missing complaint. Officer asks for a photograph, as prithivi starts to take it out another officer pulls the main officer to the side and tells him abotu an inmate and how he's not syaing anything, Sam and Prithvi listen on to this convo.. the officer thenn tells the other not to worry and keep going and he'll start speaking soon.
The officer returns to Prith and Sam, Prith gives the officer Balraj's photo and upon seeing the photo the officer gets shocked. In the background a couple of officers are pulling a man and he falls to the ground near the desk.. Prithvi looks over and recognizes his father..both him and sam rush over and hug their father and all are filled w/ emotions. Balraj tries to speak but is weak.
GUJRAL HOME
Trainer is inside the home and Damini is getting angry at him. Ila comes in and tries to calmn damini but she gets even more angry at how people are getting inside the property and getting away with it. The triner tries to side w/ the boy [prithvi] but damini tells him to shut up as she doesn't knwo why he was even near toofan. Damini tells her mother not to worry as they'll handle everything
POLICE OFFICE
Prithvi argues w/ the officer saying that his father is a simple and nice man and why he has arrested him. The other officers take away Balraj to a jail lockup. The officer tells Prithvi that he's not simple as he looks and at Ila Gujral's home he has murdered a reporter...Prithiv is shocked hearing this.. Prithvi turns around and Sam is shcoked as well.. behind sam in the lockup Balraj stands...
GUJRAL HOME
Inder comes and Ila signals him that Damini is upset and Inder nods to him.. Ila then takes his leave. Damini starts to question the trainer again... The trainer tells her that he thought she had sent him as the new stable manager as he didn't think that with all the security a man could come..and also how he made toofan calmn down within minutes.. damini tells him to pack his bags and leave... Behind damini inder signals the trainer to ask for forgiveness..the trainer starts pleading w/ damini but she doesn't agree... the trainer leaves the room... damini continues about her anger and inder tries to calmn her down and they both start flirtingDead hspace5 ... inder explains to damini that seh fired the trainer for no reason as the boy who came actually did good to toofan rather than any harm.. she agrees to this and says taht they should keep him as the manager.. inder tries to talk her out of it as she doesn't know him at all... damini calls her servant and tells him to bring back danny [trainer].. she tells danny to find the man and bring him to her... she then tells inder that the man is prize worthy not for waste ..
POLICE OFFICE
Balraj starts telling his side of the story to Prithvi and Sam
*flashback to party*
he says after the party he surveyed the groudns and then went to go get Ila's permission to leave.. Ilaji thanked him for coming in at the right time.. Balraj happily asks for Ilaji's leave and tells her about his three sons and how they'll be waiting for him at the bus stop.. Ilaji gives him a gift and as soon as both were heading out of the room they heard a gunshot...
Balraj heads out to garden, he looks around to see no one is there.. he feels for his gun but then remembers that he has already returned it to Ila, and then he wonders who could've shot the gun and at whom.. he is about to leave just when he hears some noise near by.. he sees a shadow of a person and runs after him.. while running he trips and falls on the ground w/ his hand falling on a gun.. he is shocked to see the gun and picks it up.. right near where he is standing is that same bald man who was threatening Ila looking all dazed.. Balraj looks closely and sees the man clenching his side and sees a gunshot wound w/ blood coming out.. he is shocked to see all this.. The man then falls on top of Balraj, and balraj pushes him off and sees the dead man.. he stands shocked.. the lights turn on and the gaurds stand behind Balraj and then asks what has he done.. all other gaurds come and so does the police.. balraj states his innocence but the police takes his gun and take him away as well..
*flashback ends*
Balraj explains to his sons that he has been framed for a murder that he didn't even commit..his only mistake was being at the wrong place at the wrong time.. Prithvi asks about who was that man.. Balraj says he doesn't know as he was the same one who was behaving badly w/ Ila.. .then the police officer reminds Balraj taht in a full roomed party he had openly threatenedd the man to kill him.. Balraj remembers this and keeps quiet... Priithvi was about to say somethign but then his phone starts to ring.. Varun is calling.. Prithvi looks at Sam & his father worriedly.. Balraj tells Prithvi not to tell varun anything..prithvi agrees... Prithvi tells varun that he was caught up in work thats why he didn't call.. varun catches the tenseness in prith's voice and questions it.. Prith tells him not to worry as he is with papa.. varun gets happy hearing this and tells his mother.. Prith asks the polic officer if his mother can talk to his father and the police officer refuses.. Prithvi lies to his mother saying that papa has gone out shortly for some work..his mother catches this and prithvi lies again and tells her that he went out for a meeting.. his mother is saddened by this but cheers herself up saying that as logn as he's fine then its okay and tells prith to stay safe and all come home soon.. she also tells him that Varun will be heading out to placement camp soon.. prith asks his mother to give varun the phone.. prith gives varun hsi well wishes and hangs up..
Prithvi tells his father that he has promised his mother that he'll bring him home safely and he'll fulfill this wish at all costs..

The officer is talking to Ila and tells her that Balraj has made a statement that when this incident happened you were with him.. and she says no its not true.. Shocked hspace5 Prithvi tells himself that a game has been played w/ his father but now they'll have to play against him.. Ila tells Rosh that she'll have to go to her placement camp as a boy is waiting for her.. Varun says that if i didn't come to this placement camp i wouldn't have met this interesting character
