Prithvi and Sam are outside doing some yard work and Varun is near the doorway reading a book. Sam goes on and on upon how the rich people just need a reason to show off and its all in ones destiny on how often they meet their own paretns. Varun laments on the fact that papaji will be coming 2 days late and sam says that he'll bring him by plane, upon hearing this prithvi scolds him that if he does this he'll surely forget and tells him that he'll do thsi job himself. Sam follows an annoyed prthivi inside the house where mummyji is standing doing houseworlk. Sam tells prithvi he knows why he is sad as it is the eldest daughter of gural khandans engagement and his 5 crore share is gone... prithvi leadson to this and says how is it gone and it doesnt take much time to break an engagement..sam stands dumbfounded listening to this.. prthivi winks at hims and leaves..varun picks on sam as well. Sam calls after prith and tells him that he usually hardly talks but when he does he even shuts up sam himslef... prith smiles at this and leaves... as usual sam picks on varun and calls him chotey which they start to chase one another..
BOMBAY
Damni is on the phone talking with some clients and avni comes and takes away the phone scolding her that she needs to stay away from the phone for atleast today as it is her engagement..damini pleads for hte phone but avni refuses..damini complains to mummyji that everyone thinks that damini is the one who gets her way but in real avni is in control of everything. Damini continues to complain to mummyji but mummyji tells damini that the phone will remain with avni.. upon hearing this damini tries to frighten avni saything that her phone will ring all day and she'll get headaches.
Roshini comes downstairs dancing and practising some steps.. all look up from the breakfast table towards her. Roshini spill upon how shes practising for her dance for the engagement but she doens't have anyone coming to dance with her.. she starts to beg avni to dance with her and tries to convince damini to tell avni to dance with but damini refuses... roshini taunts damini saying just because she found her prince charming she's not willing to help anyone and as to when she'll find her own mr. right.. upon hearing all the shaadi/engagement talks mummyji starts to tear up a bit...damini notices this and signals avni abotu this... Avni and damini comfort mummyji and joke abotu roshini making mummyji laugh a bit..

Prithvi is at his horse/tourist sight... Nikhil[manager/resort person??] comes and tells prithvi about how they can extend their business and ptu up a rafting place ... prthivi isn't interested in hearing this and nikhil goes after him.. he somewhat persuades prithvi that it'll be good for business and he'll make prithvi a co-manager of all of it... prithvi says whats the catch adn nikhil tells ihm he'll need to train for 3 months in new zealand and prithvi sounds a bit hesitant towards this and says he'llt hink about it.. as it all depends uponwhere sam and varun will bein the next 3 months and before allt aht his father is coming home after a long time... prithivi leaves asking for time.. nikhil yells after him that he can take allt he time he wants but he wants his response to be positive
BOMBAY
Damini is talking to Inder and asking why he sent so much jewelry to her and while talking to him her phone battery runs out... Mummyji is happy upon seeing Damini happy, and Damini comments upon how nice Inder is and afteralll its mummyji's choice and it can never be wrong..mummyji is just happy that he keeps her happy as she's soo choosy... a servent comes in and gives damini another phone.. and she continues to talk to inder *inder's face is shown* I don't like him much Damini and INder joke about if they've changed their minds upon the union..and inder mentions that he has a suprise for her.. roshini and avni come in exclaiming that hey've got gifts...one for avni one for ila and one for roshini.. damini asks what was the need for all this .. Roshini opens mummyji's gift and its a record of k.saigals old songs... mummyji talks to inder and asks what was the need for all this ..inder says its a bribe to make sure that damini doesn't leave me for someone else.. roshini opens her gift and its a book on how to get mr. right.. roshini gets excited and starts thanking her jiju.. avni opens her gift and its a sliver plated leaf ..she gets happy hearing this and damini mocks all of them and tells inder that his fan club is growng...and she aks for her gift, inder ssays that she'll have to work fo r it ... she gets confused by this.. roshini and avni go near damni to hear on their convo.. inder tells her to go near her window.. * a really really really cute white horse is shown with a baby pink ribbon tied on its back* damini , avni, and rosh's jaw drops at the sight of this.. Damini is extremely happy seeing this and thanks inder and rosh exlaims how much jiju loves her..inder gets happy hearing this on the other line...

While walking on the streets, a gangster type van pulls in front of sam asking his name and they kidnap him at gunpoint and throw in an unknown room.
BOMBAY
A man is getting upset w/ Avni about how many times will she change the order [business stuff]... Avni keeps quiet as the man continues to taunt her.. Ila hears this and scolds the man and tells him to do as Avni says or else it'l be his last contract w/ the Gujrals.
MANALI
A man comes into the room pours two glasses of wine [same man who is the owner of the hotel that sam put the rats in]... sam tries to talk himself out of the mess but security gaurds and some bouncers head toward him angerly..upon seeing this sam talks big and the owner signals them to get out.. the owner tells sam that he wants sam to work w/ him but sam says he cannot afford him.. and then the owner mentions bombay.. upon hearing this sam gets giddy.. the owner introduces himself as the top owner of one of the five best hotels in bombay and gives sam his card.. he tells sam if he ever comes to bombay give him a call and they can work something out.. sam stands w/ a grin on his face..
BOMBAY
Mummyji is trying to explain to avni that she needs to stand up for herself or else seh'll be walked all over upon, avni tells that its better to stay silent when someone is mad b/c in that way the other person will become cool as well.. Damini comes in and sits next to Avni and Rosh comes in asking mummyji about how she is looking.. mummyji she looks the same from morning... dam and avni snicker uponhearing this.. Roshi exlaims that she put a special face pack on.. dam and rosh decide to take avni to get ready with them..
Mummyji gets a call from a private number and gets uneasy seeing this..
As soon as seh picks up the call she scolds and says that she doesn't want him calling here again.. the unknown man *face not shown, only eyes and mouth* says taht he's coming to meet Ila as its a big day for her and afterall its damini's engagement.. Ila tries to threaten him but he says hes coming and she can't do anything about it... ila hangs up and has a worried look on her face..
Precap:Damini and Inder's engagement is being announced at the party...Rosh is dancing to 'chalka re' and Ila is staring at some unknown man w/ a worried face...
